To login successfully, please follow these guidelines:
  • Check spelling, upper and lower case of any word typed.
  • Check, whether your password has at least 7 characters.
  • Make sure, your caps lock button is in the right position.
  • Make sure, the SecurID Number was not typed in twice. Always wait for a new number to appear. The number on your SecurID Token will change every 60 seconds.
  • Check the technical requirements to see whether your software fits. In case you are one of our institutional clients or business customers you may ask your IT to check on our technical requirements.

Reasons for this request could be:

  • You enter the login for the first time. Please change your password immediately for security reasons.
  • The validity of your password has been expired. Please change your password immediately for security reasons.
  • The administrator reset your password.

This is an ordinary process. Your personal data will not be lost or changed through that action. After being asked to change your password, please follow these guidelines:

1. Type in your current password at "old password". If this is your first login, type in the password UBS sent you.
2. Create a new password and type it in at "new password"
3. Check, whether your password has at least 7 characters.
4. Remember the position of your caps lock button.
5. Confirm your new password a second time.

In this case, please follow these guidelines:

2. Click on "change password" at the top of the page.
3. Enter your current password at "old password".
4. Enter your new password at "new password".
5. Re-enter the same password at "Confirm new password".

  • Remember the position of the caps lock button.

  • Your SecurID Token Code can only be used once. In case you need to repeat your login, please wait for a new number to appear on the screen of your SecurID Token. The number on your SecurID Token changes every 60 seconds. You can follow the 60 seconds visually with the barcode on the left hand side of the display.
  • User ID does not change when being asked to enter the next Token Code.
  • Password does not change when being asked to enter the next Token Code.
  • Please try again to log in after a new number has appeared on your SecurID Token:
    o Enter User ID
    o Enter password
    o Enter number on SecurID Token.
