Reasons for this request could be:
- You enter the login for the first time. Please change your password immediately for security reasons.
- The validity of your password has been expired. Please change your password immediately for security reasons.
- The administrator reset your password.
This is an ordinary process. Your personal data will not be lost or changed through that action. After being asked to change your password, please follow these guidelines:
1. Type in your current password at "old password". If this is your first login, type in the password UBS sent you.
2. Create a new password and type it in at "new password"
3. Check, whether your password has at least 7 characters.
4. Remember the position of your caps lock button.
5. Confirm your new password a second time.
